This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement between user (“You” or “Your”), and Binary Square, Inc. (“Binary Square”), for the use of the Binary Square plugins within your recording software and computers.
Downloads: The purchaser of the product may download the software as many times as necessary.
Return policy: All sales are final. No refunds. Please try the Demo version before purchasing.
Multiple Installations: If you purchased this product as an individual, you are licensed to install and use the software on any computer you need to use it on, providing you remove it prior to selling the computer. If you purchased it as an institution or company, you are licensed to use it on as many machines as a single user will use, or a single machine for multiple users.
License transfers: License transfers are not available at this time.
Distribution: You are not permitted to distribute the software without the developer’s permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution on magazine covers or software review websites. No license is granted to re-distribute the software as part of another software program, including video games, DAWs, etc.
Liability: By installing this software you agree to use it at your own risk. The developer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of its use.
